Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern the sale of products by FEARME through its online store dedicated to Halloween costumes and accessories for pets.
2. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT. VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
3. Payment
Secure payment by credit card via Stripe and/or PayPal.
4. Delivery
Your order is carefully prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Standard delivery in mainland France is free for purchases over €25 and takes between 3 and 5 business days. For orders under €25, delivery fees are €3.90.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in perfect condition.
6. Warranties
Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years).
