Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the sale of products by FEARME  through its online store dedicated to Halloween costumes and accessories for pets.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of VAT. VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

3. Payment

Secure payment by credit card via Stripe and/or PayPal.

4. Shipping

Your order is carefully prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Standard delivery to mainland France is free for orders over €25 and takes between 3 and 5 business days. For orders under €25, shipping costs are €3.90.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in perfect condition.

6. Warranties

Legal warranty of conformity (2 years).
