Q: How long does it take to receive my costume? A: We carefully prepare each order and ship it within 24 to 48 business hours from our warehouses in Europe. Standard delivery within mainland France takes between 3 and 5 business days.
Q: What if the costume doesn't fit my cat? A: You have 14 days to return the item if it doesn't fit. The costume must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. Contact us at support@fearme.shop and we will guide you through the return process.
Q: How do I choose the right size for my cat? A: Each product page contains a size guide based on your pet's neck circumference and weight. Measure your cat's neck circumference and compare it to our chart. If in doubt, choose the next size up – it's better for it to be a little loose than too tight.
Q: Are the costumes comfortable and safe for my cat? A: Absolutely. Our costumes are designed with soft, lightweight, and safe materials. We recommend never leaving your pet unattended with a costume and limiting wear to a few minutes for photo shoots or parties.
Q: Are the costumes also suitable for small dogs? A: Yes! Most of our costumes are suitable for cats and small dog breeds (up to 7 kg). Always check the dimensions indicated on the product page.
Q: Can I wash the costume? A: Yes, most of our costumes can be hand-washed in lukewarm water. Some models with delicate details (rhinestones, accessories) require gentle cleaning. Care instructions are indicated on the label of each item.
Q: What's the difference between this and a cheap €5 costume? A: A cheap costume scratches, tears easily, and can be uncomfortable for your pet. FEARME costumes are made with premium fabrics (velvet, satin, soft cotton), careful finishes, and secure fastenings. It's a quality accessory, not a disposable toy.
